USA Today: Maryland County Becomes First to Ban Hair Discrimination

The Montgomery County Council unanimously voted to pass the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act which prohibits employment, housing, and other public service discrimination based on certain protective hairstyles and textures, like braids, locks, afros, curls, and twists.  Read more on usatoday.com
